CUP CAKES

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup cream
1 cup sugar
2 cups Self Raising Flour
2 eggs

METHOD:

Beat eggs, sugar and cream together till the mixture thickens.
Add flour with wooden spoon.

Put into cup cake tins.

Bake 180C (350F) for 10 mins.

Ice and and decorate.
