EASY SHORTBREAD

INGREDIENTS:

250gr butter
2 cups plain flour
1 cup ground rice (or rice flour or cornflour)
1 cup icing sugar

METHOD:

Mix all together.
Roll into a sausage, and cut into 1/4 inch thick slices
Cook till golden in a moderate oven 180C.

(or alternatively roll into a square and cut into shapes/squares)
