PUMPKIN SCONES

INGREDIENTS:

1 tbls butter
1 tbls sugar
1 egg
2 cups SR flour
1 cup cold mashed pumpkin
milk

METHOD:

Cream butter and sugar, add beaten egg and pumpkin.
Add sifted flour and milk to the right consistency.
Bake moderately hot oven 190C for 15 mins.
