SWISS CARROT CAKE

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups SR flour
4 eggs
3 cups grated carrot
1/2 cup milk
1 cup melted butter
1 cup ground hazelnuts
2 cups icing sugar

METHOD:

Put all ingredients together and mix well.
Put into well greased large cake tin.
Bake at 180C for 1 1/2 hours.
